I am passionate about women empowerment. I coach and lead women in the space of sustainability.
Coach Anita is a dedicated Wikimedian and the Founder and Executive Director of Women for Sustainability Africa. Within the Wikimedia movement, she plays an active role as an organizer and mobilizer of community activities. Anita has led several Wikimedia projects, including Art+Feminism 2024, Women in Red 2023, WikiForHumanRights 2024, Wikipedia 101 workshops, and Wikidata Game trainings for volunteers and local community members.
She has also collaborated with various Wikimedia groups to host impactful campaigns and workshops, such as the Inspire Inclusion Campaign 2024, and has actively participated in numerous other Wikimedia initiatives. Known for her convening power, Anita specializes in building strategic partnerships that create lasting impact within and beyond the Wikimedia movement.
She aspire to lead and empower women to acquire digital skills and for their voice to be heard online.
