Many editors have long toiled, independently and without much recognition other then occasional WikiLove or Barnstars. While a note from another community member can still be the best reward you can get, they deserve more - something physical that can not only reward them for the spectacular work they put in to the projects but allow them to show off their love of the projects to those around them. So, do you know an amazing editor? Photographer? How about a patient mentor? Trusted Admin?
