Having worked in an international environment before, it's been exciting for me to discover how our organizations can develop and learn from each other, to move forward and unleash the movement's potential. In order to do so, you need people who understand the workings of the movement, who will create bridges between the various stakeholders, with a strong faith in their mission, a true personal alignment, deep human values and a capacity to see things from a distance.
Cornelius is just this kind of person: highly professional in the way he handles crucial topics, and a reliable support at various levels. It's been great having him around as a safety net to make sure we actually implement milestones and move forward in a concrete way.
