Pageview statistis[edit]

Hi.

We used to depend on stats.grok.se to be able to show how many visits our pages have had, but it's been a bit unreliable – sometimes not working, and even when working not showing mobile visits (a very large share of our traffic nowadays) correctly. A while ago we got an API (Swedish link) for pageview statistics, which made it easier to develop new solutions and today we have a number of alternatives.

We have mw:Template:Graph:PageViews using the Graph extension, we have Pageviews Analysis developed by Community Tech together with MusikAnimal and there's an extension called WikimediaPageViewInfo (and at least one more solution being worked on by a group of students in Sweden).

E.g. English and German Wikipedia have linked to Pageviews Analysis (from the pageinfo footer). Do we want to do something similar? /~~~~
