Test version of Training Pages module.
Note that I currently cannot make the "start" button direct to the viewing language; it always points to English. This is because of the way the module implements calling index pages via the menu template - it cannot take Special:MyLanguage the way it's set up now, so it always approaches a link-clicking naive to language choice.
