  • Accomodation: 44AUD (~40USD) per night at Palace Hostel ([1]).
  • Transport: 33.40AUD (~30USD) (15AUD for Airtrain, various for a Translink pass: For only Zone 1, for 1 adult, a weeklong ticket is 18.40AUD [2])
  • Food: ~60AUD (~55USD)(Catering may be available at the venue, so this may reduce the food costs.)
  • Conference Registration Fee: Undecided yet, but likely below 100AUD but aiming for lower than 50AUD (below ~92USD, aiming for below ~46USD).

Cost conversions were done at XE.com, with the current 1 AUD = 0.92 USD (costs on the bid page were made when 1AUD=0.90USD)
