My name is Alexander Oh Ting Wei, born at the year of 1993. Last born of the family, grown up speaking Mandarin as first language and picked up English and Malay along the educational journey.

Born in Malaysia Johor, went to SJKC Foon Yew 2 Johor Bahru by 1999-2005, SMK Saint Joseph-B by 2006-2007, SMK Aminuddin Baki Johor Bahru by 2008-2010, Crescendo University by 2012-2013, Multimedia University by 2014-2021.

Cofounded Enlight Malaysia non-profit Organization NGO in 2018 together with a few of my partners, has been leading the Science, Engineering, Intelligence Division(SEID) since then. Since 2019, spearheaded a international wide S.T.E.A.M campaign for adults, running over 20 events, collaborated with about 10 partners from local and overseas, and has given out over 1000 certificates under the campaign. Same year, led the division and participated in NASA RASSOR Bucket Drum Design Challenge, James Dyson awards, and other competitions.

Cofounded Enctra Academy SDN BHD since 2021 with a few of my partners, and and been leading the company operation in a management level since then. Formed KL Headquarters and Sarawak branch, dealt with local corporates and government sectors in order to provide trainings for the communities and societies.

Previously worked as Quality management Manager in Yeh Brothers Sdn Bhd Malaysia by 2021, leading 3 quality departments and over 200 people simultaneously, dealt with local and international suppliers and clients, and in-charge of all quality related reports and documents, including ISO 9001 related documents.

Currently working in education field, in training industry as Operation Manager.
