User:Medical Imaging

From Meta, a Wikimedia project coordination wiki

Hi, Everyone!

This is my Global User Page.

As you can tell by my User Name, my specific interest is in Medical Imaging Technology, and all the aspects of quantitative inquiry - biology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, engineering, logic, and so forth - that it entails.

However, since this interests encompasses (very broadly) a lot of scientific and biographical exploration in Wikipedia, I tend to restrict my editing to scientific and historical topics and pages. It's not that the other pages (for instance, in social sciences or in politics) are free of errors - far from it! But everyone is entitled to their opinion in these matters, and so que sera sera.

Yet nothing infuriates me more than when information regarding FACTS (actual people or things) are either incorrect or missing. "The sin of omission is the worst commission". I would submit that willful ignorance is not ignorance at all - it is malice. And so, if you really do not have a grasp of the subject being discussed, you have no business editing it. Be assured, if I find it, I will correct it for the record. (I'm sure all my edits will be subject to peer review - and I don't mind it. In fact, I welcome it.)

Any comments can be left on this page. Cheers!
