- Sharing human resources and competences in the CEE region (in a more systematic way)
Wikimedia CEE is a diverse community with many people with various skillsets, capacities and even hidden features. I suggest that having some of these features less hidden, creates numerous opportunities for sharing experiences, peer mentoring and collaboration, actually multiplying the impact of the activity of people we have. Let us help each other out with peer-reviewing grant applications, giving feedback on strategies, staffing plans and policies, creating bots, resolving technical issues or just reflecting on project ideas and their implementation plan. Let us make CEE collaborative really collaborative in its essence!
As a simple first step I am proposing a table that has contact information and skills list of people interested in helping out other chapters, user groups or communities in the CEE region:
