Napoleon Manuel(born March 14, 1991), is a Ghanaian businessman and internet entrepreneur. Napoleon was born in Winneba, Ghana. He dropped out of college after he realize he does not need a degree before he can get a job on the 8th month before his graduation. While in college, he studied Special Education (Major)and Political Science (Minor).He love to be around kids and help disables,giving him the maximum freedom to do what he love best(Programming).I'm a contributor to the Wikimedia Ghana Project.
