Dr Ngozi E. Osadebe is a librarian. She works at the Nnamdi Azikiwe Library, University of Nigeria, Nsukka (UNN) as a Deputy University Librarian. She is a registered member of the Librarians Registration Council of Nigeria (LRCN), Nigerian Library Association (NLA) Enugu state chapter, and Forum for African Women Educationalists, Nigeria (FAWEN), and a volunteer staff of the Children’s Centre Library, University of Nigeria, Nsukka. In 2016, she won the Prof. M. I Ajibero award for the best Ph.D. thesis from Nigerian Library Schools. The following year 2017, she was awarded an excellent performance award by the University of Nigeria, Nsukka. Ngozi has 52 published articles to her credit. Four of these articles are in Thomson Reuters Indexed journals and another four in Scimago. Ngozi is the founder and coordinator of the Surplus People in the Universities Research group, a research group that is interested in the area of research on people with disabilities. She is the facilitator of her university's Art and Feminism Wikipedia edit-a-thon. Ngozi is a regular face at research and Library & information workshops and conferences.
