About me
I'm a lawyer originally from Curitiba, Brazil, living in São Paulo, interested in intellectual property, new technologies, free knowledge, open licensing, policy and Internet regulation, with a PhD @ UFPR (Federal University of Paraná) and a Master's @ the University of Coimbra (Portugal), always connecting those areas of interest.
My work
I work as legal counsel at a country code domain name registry, NIC.br, and a professor in a postgraduate course at PUCPR (Pontifical Catholic University of Paraná). Currently, I am also deeply interested in ICANNWiki, within my work at ICANN.
