About me

I'm a lawyer and researcher from Curitiba, Brazil, and an activist on intellectual property rights and internet governance.

I'm also a member of the NCSG constituency from ICANN, the Brazilian chapter of the Internet Society, and the Brazilian Association of Intellectual Property (ABPI)

My work

Besides my legal job, I dedicate my time primarily to my research and coordination tasks in GEDAI (roughly translatable as "Research Group on Copyright and Industrial Rights") and IODA, a Brazilian study group and its institutional face. There, we promote the public interest perspective on intellectual property discussions and governmental debate. I'm deeply interested in new technologies, focusing on artificial intelligence, and their relation with IP rights.
