About me
I am a Wikimedian since May 2022, editing with my other (and volunteer) account. I am mostly active on Wikipedia in Portuguese language, Wikimedia Commons, Wikidata and Wikisource. I am engajed on reducing knowledge gaps on gender and other cultural issues.
I really believe in Collective Inteligence and I think that citizens' participation in the area of cultural heritage is conditioned both to 1. the access to information about cultural heritage assets and policies, and 2. the right to having their own memories and daily culture respected, recognized, safeguarded and perpetuated.
My work
From March 2022 until April 2025, I was WMB's GLAMs and Culture manager, being responsible for overviewing partnerships and operations of projects with cultural institutions in the Wikimedia ecosystem.
