A survey was conducted by Sailesh Patnaik during March 12-15, 2016 users that are familiar with Wikipedia and have at least one edit on Odia Wikipedia were asked the question, "how do you edit Wikipedia". 45% out of the total of 20 users shared that they edit Odia Wikipedia using mobile phones. The average age group of the users was 15-35.
