There are many rooms in a building, A2K plus (or A2K+) is also a room for cultivating, nurturing, and examining some thoughts.

A2K plus (or A2K+) or A2K vision is a theme or thematic cluster inside CIS-A2K. Please note that A2K plus (or A2K+) is not a separate entity, but it is more like a small thinking zone to ponder upon a vision and some principles and ideology.

Why?

In a team, group, or a community you find different-type of ideas. Often those are very contradictory in nature. It is also important to ponder on specific vision and ideas to see if that really helps the team and movement in the long run.

Principles

• A2K plus (or A2K+) admires on-Wiki contribution. So, A2K plus (or A2K+) efforts will be solely on serving and supporting hardworking active on-Wiki contributors.

Why: On-wiki contributors are the heart and backbone of the Wikimedia movement. The movement will cease to exist without them. These are the people, who are creating articles, proofreading books, uploading photographs, building cool gadgets and doing everything online they can in their volunteer capacity to run Wikimedia projects. Many of them are extremely passionate about open knowledge movement. They are building the world's largest encyclopedia, yet they are not known to people at large. Their real life sufferings, sacrifice, mental strain are not visible to outside world for everyday their everyday edits. This effort by A2K plus is to support these hard-working online contributors as much as possible.

• A2K plus believes in cost-effectiveness while conducting events.
• A2K plus gives the highest importance to necessity and priority. Hence, might be selective, in nature.
• A2K plus believes that sometimes it is important to say "yes" and "no" clearly.

A2K is the main program, while A2K plus (or A2K+) is a small thinking zone inside it. Definitely A2K plus (or A2K+) is a direct part of A2K. All A2K plus (or A2K+) members belong to A2K. But not all A2K members are joining A2K plus (or A2K+) thinking room. Anyone in A2K plus (or A2K+) must be an active hardworking on-Wiki contributor as well.
