Request reason: Look, we're sincerely sorry for the disruption we've caused, but unfortunately, many LTAs hack into our IPs due the broader range 2607:fb90::/32 being blocked. That is beyond the scope of what we can do, so we just want you guys to know that we apologize and hopefully all disruption can cease.

And @Vituzzu:, you don't know anything about Ron liebman – although he has been labeled as such, he's not a "vandal" but a long-time contributor of SABR. He's knowledgeable in baseball and knows many players statewide. He's not caused any serious disruption in Wikipedia from what we know.
