I got blocked. Please. Just tell me. What can I do tp return to Wikimedia? And howd o i convince the people that I am not the longt erm vandal I imperosnated? Do I not have the right to appeal? 2600:1:F18E:240:4894:98F6:CDB7:2C6 15:24, 30 January 2018 (UTC)

No reply and no one seems to beleive me[edit]

I do not know what to do. I want to remove the global lock so I can honestly edit other Wikimedia projects but no one seems to beleive me and one user even denied me appealing. Is here anything I can do? Am I blacklisted from all Wikimedia sites all because I impersonated a long term abuse vandal twice? Please assume good faith and help me. 2600:1:F18E:240:4894:98F6:CDB7:2C6 19:11, 30 January 2018 (UTC)

Unblock request declined

This blocked user has had his or her unblock request reviewed by one or more administrators, who has/have reviewed and declined this request.
Other administrators can also review this block, but should not override the decision without good reason.
Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

Request reason: No one responded to my comments above. So, I am going to submit this unblock request. It seems that nobody believes me when I say that I am not the Long term abise vandal and that the two accounts I created were imposter accounts. I admit that I have been disrutpive at Wikipedia, and am sorry for it. Even if I am left locked, please let me know here what I can do to, if not return to Wikiepdia, at least be able to edit other Wikimedia Projects honestly. I think I should stay away from Wikipedua for awhile but I do not want to be banned from the other Wikimedia sites where I havee not been disruptive. And some day, maybe I will return to Wikiepdia. Again, I was not the troll, just an imposter (anyone could see his/her investigation page and easily mimic his/her "x is my homie" style). Also, please let me know what I can do to lift the global lock, if not the Wikipeida block. I do not ask for much and only want to good here now.2600:1:F18E:240:4894:98F6:CDB7:2C6 03:37, 1 February 2018 (UTC)
Decline reason: Your address range block here on meta will expire this week. Consider the actions that results in your block and what led to your global lock. If you have formulated a reasonable plan to improve the actions that led to your locking, you can appeal at Talk:Steward requests/Global. — xaosflux Talk 15:05, 1 February 2018 (UTC)

@Xaosflux: So, how am I supposed to appeal? I got your link to the steward page but I am not sure how I convinve the stewards to lift the global lock (I will not try to get unblocked at Wikipedia at this time) 2600:1:F18E:240:4894:98F6:CDB7:2C6 21:01, 2 February 2018 (UTC)

Hi 2600:*, I'm not sure of the original situation so I don't have a lot of information. Regarding "global locks" these are user-based, can you provide a link to the username you were locked as? — xaosflux Talk 21:17, 2 February 2018 (UTC)

[[2]]. In case you do not know, I impersonated a notorious troll's sockpuppet account naming style (afterall, his investigation page is easy to find, and anyone can copy his patturn). It was half prank and half to test how Wikiepdia would react, and I do know now that many so called sockpuppets might really be impersonaters. I am not sure what to say, but while I am technically locked, it is only two accounts and only because I am mistaken for a different person, by my own act of course. Before, I thought of returning later, but I cannot edit other projects as long as I have a global lock. So, I have chosesn to clear it up now than later, and I may edit other projects and someday clear up the mess at Wikipedia and edit honestly again. 2600:1:F18E:240:4894:98F6:CDB7:2C6 21:39, 2 February 2018 (UTC)

Which specific username do you want to try to return with and make constructive edits? — xaosflux Talk 04:14, 3 February 2018 (UTC)

I actually would like to just have no active global lock so I can cleanstart someday. You may leave the blocks on Wikipedia, because I admit have beem very immature there before. On the other hand, I have never been disruptive on Wikisource, Wikitionary, or others and would like to build these. In other words, I do not wish to return to either, I just want to loft the global LOCK and be able to edit other projects under sone other account, and someday fix the mess I got into at Wikipedia and get unbanned and cleanstart if I can. 2600:1:F18E:240:4894:98F6:CDB7:2C6 05:56, 3 February 2018 (UTC)

I will soon be sleeping in bed, and may not see your reply. 2600:1:F18E:240:4894:98F6:CDB7:2C6 05:56, 3 February 2018 (UTC)
For the most part, if you create a brand new account, go to a new project, and only make constructive edits you should be fine. If you establish a good history you can appeal your enwiki block so that you can edit with your new username - I'd give it at least 6 months to a year of established constructive editing elsewhere. There is no need to unlock those other account names, they do not appear appropriate to use anyway. — xaosflux Talk 17:31, 3 February 2018 (UTC)
Actually, I do have a Wikisource account. And I made cosntructive edits with it. I just do not want it to be associated with my pranks or vandalisms, because, you know, it is embarrissing, and that must be why people choose to clean start. I have only known internet for about three years and have leanred many things I did not know, and being quite immature and sometimes curuious, I did wrong on Wikipedia, not realizing that you cannot xlena start if you have actuve blocks. Now, I am more mature and know better and am uncertain how to fix the mess. Hwever, it is only those two accounts where I have global ban. So, in other words, it is all right for me to make construtive edits at Wikisource? 2600:1:F18E:240:4894:98F6:CDB7:2C6 20:23, 3 February 2018 (UTC)
