This may be a suspected LTA, with a pattern of 'offensive' edits at Wikinews and other sites, They may also be account hopping, as I've seen the same pattern under a number of user names. I suspect that the request they made here was related to my reverts and attempts to raise concerns with local project admins at English Wikinews. Some of the previous accounts are already Globally locked, but I'm not aware if there have been any checkuser or LTA protocol contacts with the originating ISP yet. Portrait-bot and IP blocked

The sl:Uporabnik:Portrait-bot account hasn't made any changes to slWP project; however, it is blocked. The reason for the block is: "neprimerno uporabniško ime: neavtorizirani bot". This is the only project where this account is blocked. This account is globalized, so it's normal for this account to be added to the list of users on every project that's still open, see this and the Number of attached accounts: 827. Therefore, without activity, it can't be confused with an active account, bot or not. It's important not to overinterpret sl:Wikipedija:Uporabniško ime: it's indeed a bot account, but it's not active on this project. Blocking an account without even talking to the person concerned is so brutal! This block gives a bad image regarding other projects, because not everyone understands Slovenščina. In addition, during the blocking, the IP address was also blocked, which means that several accounts are unable to participate in this project (and in fact, to request unblocking): this is a completely abusive block. Other projects have a filter to block the creation of bot accounts (example) or prevent edits on ns:0, if it is not an account with bot status. I request a complete unblock of the account and IP address, please, because there is no reasonable cause for this block. @Ehmone: Block was not abusive at all, see slwiki w:sl:Wikipedija:Uporabniško ime, which prohibits unauthorised bot accounts. Globalsul has nothing to do with this, neither is your bot a global bot. I am willing to lift the block but I strongly disagree with every accusation of this block being abusive. I agree, blocking IP address was my mistake, and it doesn't happen often. Since administration on Croatian Wikisource project is non-existent an user B-Arbeit (talk · contribs) appeared who uploaded a huge parts of 2 books he has no rights to upload.
