Request reason: After being blocked from Wikipedia obviously due to a vandal with a similar IP Address for some time, an administrator removed it recently and I was able to create an account. A day later I get the message that I've now been globally blocked due to "cross-wiki issues". I can't find any information regarding what exactly a cross-wiki issue is. For what it matters, the unblocking administrator noted that "The person for whom this block was targeted appears to be quiescent now".

Decline reason: Dealt with via email. User does not appear to be under any kind of range block at this time.Tiptoety talk 20:58, 24 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]
