Given that this account was part of a group created in short succession with a close IP connection, I have blocked it as it is likely to have been created for a disruptive purpose. If there is a legitimate reason behind the creation of this group of accounts, you are welcome to make it known (either by posting on this page or emailing me) and the block will be reconsidered.
