"the admins are not willing to do their duty and protect my account's password from the thieves"

It is not the responsibility of the administrators to protect public accounts. What gave you that idea? It is like asking why the police don't stop a burglary, when not only do you leave your house unlocked, but you leave the key in the lock for all to see. Of course the administrators and others work to keep accounts safe, and that's why they have you set up a password so that only you can access the account. If you post that password on your user page, then you are deliberately circumventing this security feature—by compromising the account, you are engaging in a form of vandalism and could be blocked. Also, how do you propose that they protect your account? It is fine to complain about no one helping you, but how exactly are they supposed to do that? You have to help yourself too.
Also, we might be able to help find a mutually satisfactory solution if you could help us understand why you want to do this. In all your various Faethon edits, and on your "Association's" page, you have never explained what the purpose of your public accounts are—and seeing as you never got any other members, it would appear that no one else understands them either. One does not have to have an account to edit, and as you obviously have seen, it is very easy to set up an account of one's own anyway (doesn't even require an e-mail address). However, "public accounts" open up a lot of security issues. Please explain precisely why you feel that having a public account is important, and why the current system of anonymous editing and easily registered accounts is not adequate to fit this need.
