Help regarding my Arabic Wikipedia user page

Hi @Ibrahim.ID, I hope all is well. As mentioned in the RFC, I need your help regarding my Arabic Wikipedia userpage. Could you remove the template that is blocking me to edit it, and revert it to the version only with Babel boxes? I don't know why @Dr-Taher thinks it is inappropriate to put an invitation to collaborate on another Wikimedia project. I believe it is not. These kinds of messages, notes and calls are all around within any Wikipedia, including the Arabic one. But I will still work on it before putting it again, focusing more on introducing myself and explaining why I am interested in the Levantine Arabic Wikipedia, as well as the Arabic Wikipedia. @Dr-Taher or you may personally oppose the value of a Levantine Arabic Wikipedia, but I expect that you will respect my interest and my right to share my interest about the project with other Wikipedians. @Dr-Taher Thank you for your response. I read it, and it says "contact the colleague who placed the template on your profile, explaining that you will not repeat the posting of inappropriate information on your page". The problem is that I don't believe there was any inappropriate information on my profile page. It was about a collaboration request regarding another language edition of Wikipedia. These kinds of collaboration requests are everywhere on Wikipedia. However, I will still change the tone of it as I explained above. Would this be acceptable? I would appreciate it if you could remove the template and roll it back to its prior state (mostly blank, except the babel language boxes), and then I can work on its new version. Implementing rules from other Wikipedias without consensus

Hello, I am an active contributor and a former administrator of Uzbek Wikipedia. As you are a member of the Universal Code of Conduct (UCoC), I would like to seek your input on this issue.

@Panpanchik As a member of the committee (U4C); I can't give you an opinion without consulting my colleagues on the committee. In such cases, the decision as to whether or not there has been a violation of the Universal Code of Conduct will be made collectively by the Committee after receiving the complaint and conducting investigations. Get started with the Lua interface to simplify the preparation of modules for translation in MetaWiki

Greetings!

The Language and Product Localization team has developed a Lua interface to simplify the preparation of Lua modules for translation in the MetaWiki platform. This means that module developers can now use the new Lua interface to load translatable strings, and the translators can translate them in the same translation interface that is used for templates and wiki pages.

This improvement makes it easier for translators to find and edit module strings without dealing with raw Lua code. It helps prevent mistakes that could break the module during translation.

We invite you to watch our demo video and read more about translatable modules to understand how it works. Please give us your feedback on this talk page on how well the Lua interface addresses the challenges in your workflow and how useful it is in module localization tasks. You can also refer to Module:User Wikimedia project, which was recently converted to utilize these messages, for example usage.

Regarding the hewiki case request

Hello Ibrahim.ID, I'm writing to you as a member of the U4C committee, regarding the status of the appeal about the Hebrew Wikipedia (here). As you might remember, the committee suggested, as a first stage, to open a local appeal process in hewiki, and function as a higher instance to appeals that will be denied. The proposed process received broad support from the committee members, has started well but got stuck halfway through.

Indeed some of the appeals were accepted locally, and several editors whose appeal was denied wrote to the U4C a few months ago asking to review their case as the higher instance. Sadly, these users didn't receive any response from the committee. Also, the appeals were described to us as only the first stage of a full examination of the case, which includes several issues.

I have asked for updates regarding the continuation of the process on the page of the case request (here and here), and reached out personally to two committee members (here and here), but unfortunately received no answer.

The situation in our community remains fragile, and clarity about the next steps would be invaluable in helping us rebuild trust and move forward together.
