From Meta, a Wikimedia project coordination wiki

Better to not leave messages for me here, because I don't always look at meta. Put them on en:User_talk:Jimbo_Wales

I will if you unblock me. That's what the message was about, remember? Guido den Broeder 20:59, 7 October 2009 (UTC)

Gregory

I see that you have, once again, excluded someone who did no wrong, but is running their own wiki project. Great going there, Jimmy. Guido den Broeder 12:36, 25 March 2010 (UTC)

Wikitext

For future reference, you can have a doubly indented comment within a numbered list without resetting the numbering by using "#:" instead of "::". (I haven't done this for you, since you gave two reasons for removing it and I can only solve one.) --Tango 22:46, 25 March 2010 (UTC)

Adjusted a block

Hi. I've adjusted your block of Thekohser to allow e-mail access, as there wasn't any indication that the user's e-mailing behavior had been problematic. Let me know if that's an issue. --MZMcBride 15:40, 8 April 2010 (UTC)

No problem. I don't agree with it, and see no positive benefit to anyone for restoring this, but no problem. :-) --Jimbo Wales 21:48, 8 April 2010 (UTC)

If only I could

Sheesh I'll do that if I wasn't blocked there. The only thing I asked was for a fair chance. I would have been unblocked already if the lone gunman hadn't dragged the name "arbcom" in to this. As it turned out it was only he and his friend that knew anything about it but for some reason nobody wants to even touch the issue with a very long stick. [1] Biophase 16:11, 11 April 2010 (UTC)

Wikimedia CAT

Hello Jimmy,

in order to unblock the situation of Wikimedia CAT chapter, we have clarified and simplified the proposal at Wikimedia CAT.

We would highly appreciate that you could take a look at it and kindly give us your opinion at Survey. If you consider so, you can also express your support.

Thanks in advance. --Gomà 10:04, 8 November 2010 (UTC)

Jimmy Wales, please help!

Mr Wales can you please help me? I uploaded a banner proposal for the Wikimedia Foundation fundraising but my file is deleted. I asked for help but first people insult my banners and now they insult me. My banner may not be good enough to be chosen but I would like to have a chance for people to vote on it. Please look here [3]. Thank you Mr Wales. Ben Carcu 22:51, 12 November 2010 (UTC)

Ben, you'll have to go through the Commons system. Also, I really doubt that your banner would be chosen in the end. But that's just my personal opinion.  fetchcomms 03:39, 15 November 2010 (UTC)
