Adding a new country

To add new countries find their two letter language code on the Wikipedia article ISO 3166-1 alpha-2. Put new countries in alphabetically so they're easy to find again.

Changing a country colour

The country colour are defined by the hex code e.g #0a9396, you can find lot of websites which show different colours and colour palettes including ones that show lighter and darker versions of the same colour.

Changing the base map colour

The countries not listed or assigned a colour will show up in the default colour which is defined at the top of the code by 'defaultValue='.
