Hi @Masti: I think i am on another blocked IP (i saw i could not edit a page). But this is not any type of open IP that i know of, i am using residential fiber to the home. @Masti: I am still unable to edit your talk page and create a section. Is that an IP issue or something else? First I saw the IP warning (I could have had my vpn on and forgot), but normally if i see the vpn error, I turn off the vpn and that resolves it. Thanks!
