Copyrighted images on lv

Hey, I think this image is a copyright violation and you should delete it. I don't know what template you have for unfree images (do you have anything like en:Template:no source?) so I'm asking you. You could replace it with an image from this gallery on commons. Also, do you think you might have a user that speaks okay English and might want to become active on commons?
