Hi Kevin, my apologies for the confusion regarding the best place to post a message about your election candidacy. I've copied the message I left at enwiki, below:

Hi Kevin, I've unfortunately had to temporarily remove your statement from your candidacy, as it exceeded the maximum length; statements must be limited to 1200 characters per the rules, to ensure both fairness and to allow for effective and efficient translation. Your original statement is still in the history of the page; I encourage you to overwrite my temporary message with a statement which is less than 1200 characters.
