It seems you make several requests a second on Quarry using a script. This does not bother the principle but the tool was not designed for automated use or on such a scale. Doing this with multiple accounts in parallel does not help.
Using direct access to databases from the tools: would be appropriate, or analyzing offline dumps. See wikitech:Portal:Data_Services.
