Add topicTuning session presentations file naming
[edit]Hi. Thank you for uploading the various tuning session presentations to Commons. They're very informative, and it's really helpful to have that bit of transparency on the WMF's activities.
I was wondering whether the files are intended to have a set naming system, of "File:Wikimedia Foundation [first/second/third/fourth] quarter 20XX-20XX tuning session - [Department name].pdf"? If it's going to be consistent, I was thinking of creating a template so that an automatically updated list of tuning sessions would show up on the page for each department. Also, are these intended to be posted roughly at the end of each quarter, or perhaps a set amount of time after the end of each quarter?
Thanks. --Yair rand (talk) 21:38, 18 November 2019 (UTC)
Hello Yair rand, Yes we intended to use the described naming system with each upload. Ideally the sessions take place within four weeks of a quarter close, however we are still evaluating the schedule for the remainder of this fiscal year. I see no issue with the creation of a template to upload the presentations to the appropriate department page.

Missing Finance & Administration report
[edit]Hi. On Wikimedia Foundation Annual Plan/Tuning sessions, you added a link to the file "File:Wikimedia_Foundation_third_quarter_2019-2020_tuning_session_-_Finance_and_Administration.pdf", but that hasn't has been uploaded yet, so the link doesn't work. Could you please fix this? Thanks. --Yair rand (talk) 20:34, 7 May 2020 (UTC)
Hello Yair rand, The file is now uploaded. Kind Regards, --LHamilton (WMF) (talk) 21:28, 7 May 2020 (UTC)
