Thanks for putting this together! I think we should not put an estimated time. Rather, this should be a permanent dedicated team due to an overwhelming community demand. Consider - some encyclopedias even included atlases as full volumes, and yet Wikipedia has very limited map support, which doesn't even work properly in all of the languages. --Yurik (talk) 18:43, 27 October 2018 (UTC)
