Whose bug is it anyway?[edit]

Tilman, have you filed a LO bug on this problem? Happy to if you have not. —Luis Villa (WMF) (talk) 23:46, 1 May 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Or now that I think about this, it was a bug in Google Docs, wasn't it? —Luis Villa (WMF) (talk) 23:58, 1 May 2014 (UTC)[reply]
It seems that these duplicated links do not occur when exporting HTML from Google Docs directly, and on the other hand they do occur when exporting HTML from LibreOffice. In other words, it's more likely that it is a problem with LibreOffice proper, rather than the Wiki Publisher extension or Google Docs. I haven't investigated this a lot though (e.g. to test whether it also happens when exporting from ODT files that are not the result of an export from Google Docs). If you can file a suitable bug, that would be great.

I just tested again, and yes, the bug is in the Google Doc -> .odt export, not .odt->wikitext. So doesn't make sense to file a bug report with LO. —Luis Villa (WMF) (talk) 18:46, 2 May 2014 (UTC)[reply]
