Request reason: I have always been connected to the Internet from this place and have been editing Wiktionary and Wikipedia until this morning. I don't understand why I can't now. My current IP address is 195.231.108.216 and the block ID is #384862. This seems to be because of an Open Proxy, but again, I've been editing just fine until now. The block has been up since 2021, but I have edited since then. I have not changed location. My brother can access and edit with the same IP address using his account.
