Do you have an actual block? Global blocks don't apply to meta, and we don't normally block these on meta. If you have an actual block here, please provide the block details in an unblock request. — xaosflux ^Talk 10:22, 7 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]

@Xaosflux:Yes. It says Your account or IP address has been blocked. 35.78.0.0/16, you have been blocked by ‪Jon Kolbert‬ until 02:26, 13 November 2028, because: Open proxy/Webhost: See the help page if you are affected .(or see [1])(I switched my language to English temporarily).
