- April 3 to May 31: Submission of abstract of proposals to participate as exhibitor of the congress in the three modalities: academic paper, experience report and implementation of workshops.
- June 1 to June 23: Selection of proposals and acceptance of scholarships by the Academic Committee.
- July 20: Announcement of selected proposals and scholarships awarded
- August 24: Deadline for submission of full proposals in the three modalities
- September 14, 15 and 16: Holding of the Congress.
