This presentation will help Wikimedians to verify license claims, choose the the best way to upload works (local wiki, Commons, ..) and also how to convince partners to publish their work in a Wikimedia friendly license. All this will be presented with a local perspective (Arab World - Arabic Wikimedia projects)
