Description : WikiArabia 2022 is expected to be the venue of the Arab community to keep the conversations alive and connections between community members stronger. It will be an opportunity for the Board to connect with movement members who are heavily involved in governance, as well as members who may have never heard of the Foundation or its Board of Trustees, across regions and languages. This year’s conference will enable direct interaction between participants and the audience. This will allow for a session that is high-visibility, fun, interactive, and humanizing. Moderator opens, invites Board members to introduce themselves and share what they’re drinking and the story behind it. Leads interactive icebreaker with everyone. Show 3 minutes of video, informal explanation of Board role: https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Board_of_Trustees_informational_video.webm, cut ending before “How to get involved?” Board member presents a slide of major milestones this year, with nice graphic design. Slide will be uploaded to Commons ahead of time so people can refer to it after the session. Moderator leads 20-30 minutes of panel discussion, focusing on questions that are both humanizing and informative.		Theme : Discussion with Board of Trustees
