She spent her early career in Child Education, both as a teacher and later on as Nursery Administrator. Dania enjoys reading stories to young children in both Arabic and English, is an avid reader, long time book club member and a puzzle aficionado. She now heads the Education Department at the Emirates Literature Foundation and is on a mission to instil a love of reading and books within every child she encounters. She managed to scale her way up to WM through hard work and perseverance in Arabic WP, where her passion started. WP is still her favorite encyclopedia and she volunteered in Wikimedia alongside it.
