Abstract (maximum 500 words)

Knowledge is a eternal buzzword on planet earth and encyclopedias have been harbinger in the spread of knowledge. Wikipedia has enabled the knowledge sharing practice of human system. There is a lot to be achieved in terms of spreading knowledge across the world. Most of us see knowledge as the system where processes, definitions and systems are defined. Our society is educated enough to make earnings but not enough to create a disruptive growth model for future. Present generation is educated enough about the terminologies but lacking the real implementation of the same. Our future solutions can not be achieved by just knowing the definitions, we need to create a new knowledge system - A mix of terms, experience and implementation. As per my observation, A human being is not learned about the subject until unless its implemented. Our encyclopedias must go beyond the display of terminologies as planet needs implemented solutions. Wikipedia need to play a bigger role in this disruptive strategy where we will inculcate the culture of sharing implementation experience on various topics. We can always learn in better manner by connecting the dots of theory and someone's documented experience. We need to launch a section 'Handshake' where people will share their real time(Dummy Names) implementation experience on the topic pages. It will enable learn and implement solutions better where as also attract consultants and SME's to write for Wikipedia. Since, Better solution implementation will promote their skills.I will be conducting a highly interactive presentation while explaining the proposed solution and igniting the minds of people to suggest more innovative solutions to make Wiki the Best.
