- Till date WikiPedia is the most popular encyclopedia in web. Number of internet users in India is very less as compared to other countries,statistical report says. So before thinking about a big project in India,our first aim should be to generalize the Wiki among the common people. Primarily small cities & towns will be marked into three categories namely level A (growing internet use),level B (adequate internet use) and level C (incompetent internet use).Then some WiKey Members assigned according to the level of the city.(an applicant method and/or help of state wikiproject members & admins may be needed in assignment process). The WiKey members are like key representative of WikiPedia in small towns in generalising WikiPedia in each sector.
