- New Creation: What was one useful outcome that was created at the event for the Wikimedia movement?
- Add a link to something new that was created as a result of your participation in this event (for example, you might link to a new tool that you and your co-participants worked on at the Hackathon, or to pages created in a workshop you participated in).
I was part of a team that created a comprehensive Code of Conduct, Friendly Space Policy, and Diversity and Inclusion Guidelines. I was also a part of a team that planned, executed and facilitated the first ever Ally Skills Workshop in India.

I met several Wikimedians from India and abroad and got introduced to women Wikimedians at the WikiWomen's Lunch I convened at the conference. It was the first WikiWomen's Lunch ever held in India.
