এই উপস্থাপনত মই জন্মৰ পৰা বৰ্তমানলৈকে অসমীয়া ৱিকিউৎসৰ যাত্ৰাৰ বিষয়ে আলোকপাত কৰিম। ২০১৩ চনত অসমীয়া ৱিকিউৎসই নিজাকৈ ডমেইন লাভ কৰিছিল আৰু তেতিয়াৰ পৰাই অসমীয়া ৱিকি সম্প্রদায়ে এই প্রকল্পক আগুৱাই নিয়াৰ বাবে অক্লান্তভাৱে কাম কৰি আহিছে ৷ কৰ্মশালা, প্ৰুফৰিড-এ-থন আৰু স্থানীয় সাহিত্যিক আৰু পুথিভঁৰালৰ সৈতে সহযোগিতা আদি বিভিন্ন প্ৰচেষ্টাই অসমীয়া ৱিকিউৎস বিকাশ আৰু এই প্ৰকল্পত অৱদান আগবঢ়াবলৈ জনসাধাৰণক উৎসাহ যোগোৱাত কেনেদৰে সহায় কৰিছে তাৰ আভাস দিয়াৰ চেষ্টা কৰিম। এই উপস্থাপনে ৱিকিউৎসত গ্ৰন্থ সংগ্ৰহ, প্ৰুফৰিডিং আৰু বৈধকৰণৰ ক্ষেত্ৰত আমি সন্মুখীন হোৱা প্ৰত্যাহ্বানসমূহ আৰু সেইবোৰ সমাধানৰ বাবে কেনে পদক্ষেপ লোৱা হৈছে সেয়া সামৰি ল'ব। তাৰোপৰি এগৰাকী সক্ৰিয় অসমীয়া ৱিকিমিডিয়ান হিচাপে এই প্ৰকল্পত মোৰ ব্যক্তিগত যাত্ৰাৰ বিষয়েও কিছুকথা ক'ম।
This presentation will highlight the journey of Assamese Wikisource over the years. Assamese Wikisource received its own domain in 2013 and since then the Assamese Wiki community has been working tirelessly to advance this project. I would like to share how different efforts such as workshops, proofread-a-thon and collaboration with local writers and libraries have helped Assamese Wikisource to grow and engage more with the public. I will also share my personal journey as an active Assamese Wikimedian, the challenges we have faced with collecting, proofreading and validating books on Wikisource and how we are addressing those.
How does it connect with the WCI 2023 theme/focus[edit]
This talk aligns well with the WCI theme 'Strengthening the bonds'. I will share the journey of Assamese Wikisource and learn from other Wikimedians about their experiences. This will be a great opportunity for me to connect with other regional Wikimedians.
