| Abstract:
<!- ABSTRACT This study analyzes Wikimedia educational data reources in higher institutions especially mostly in large higher institutions in Cameron, Morocco and Nigeria. In this Lecture it was stated how educational data can reveal insights about student performances, student career paths, course design and teaching practice. The researcher intended to follow the path of providing a cross review of educational data and educational data mining techniques and poor academic performances. Moreover the researcher intends to examine the various challenges in collecting or retrieving educational data for data driven decision making. This project addresses several educational problems which include student’s poor academic performances and yearly dropout from schools. It also describes how educational data and its applications helps course counsellors, tutors and lecturers to identify weak students with poor grades or strong students with an excellent grades by using their previous assessments, examinations and present course rating survey.- Please add the summary of your presentation (100 words) --> |
