| Abstract:
During this session, we are going to have a discussion about how vital it is to assist in preserving and disseminating our knowledge and culture. The purpose of the session is also to bring together members of different communities to talk about the difficulties they have in closing the knowledge gap. We would further discuss problem of inadequate or poor content documentation, false information on Wikipedia and content shortage leading to content sabotage. Finally, we would share the role WikiFact-Checkers are playing in providing a solution to this problem by using Fact-Checking Tools to bolster Wikipedia's Reputation. |

| How will this session be beneficial for the communities in the region?
At the end of the presentation, we wish to stress the significance of providing information that is both dependable and accurate, the role that the media plays, and how to differentiate between fact and fallacy. Also, we wold share how we can utilize various fact-checking methods in order to strengthen the reliability of the content on Wikipedia | |||
