| Abstract:
Issue d'un Petit pays et contribuant à l'univers du libre. Je n'avais aucune idée sur le processus d'octroi du financement. Alors il y a de cela un peu plus de 2 ans quand la Fondation a eu l'idée d'inclure les bénévoles des différentes régions du monde dans la prise en main des décisions sur l'octroi des fonds pouvant les aider à accroître leur vision de l'avenir du mouvement . J'ai trouvé là une opportunité de comprendre comment cela marche. J'ai été surpris de voir cette diversité de bénévoles autour des projets afin de les étudier. Cette ouverture d'esprit de la Fondation montre sa volonté d'inclusion et d'équité dans la prise des décisions. Promotion d'une diversité plus grande et partage d'expériences entre bénévoles de différentes communautés, cas du Comités régionaux de subventions, MEA. Conscients de l'importance des programmes de financement de la Fondation Wikimedia, les bénévoles ont pour rôles de fournir des conseils et du soutien aux postulants, tout en prenant des décisions sur la manière dont les fonds doivent être répartis sur la base de l'équité et de l'inclusion pour tous (tes) les candidats. Mon arrivée dans le comité Afrique et Moyen-Orient reste un pas important, car cela montre l'ouverture d'esprit de la Fondation à impliquer les bénévoles de chaque région du monde dans la gestion des allocations destinées à leur région. Cette forme de décentralisation est un pas remarquable dans la gouvernance du mouvement, car les bénévoles impliqués maîtrisent mieux leurs régions et ont une idée globale des communautés avec qui pour la plupart travaillent. |

| Abstract:
Coming from a small country and contributing to the free universe. I had no idea about the funding process. So a little over 2 years ago when the Foundation had the idea of including volunteers from different regions of the world in taking decisions on the granting of funds that could help them increase their vision. of the future of the movement. I found there an opportunity to understand how it works. I was surprised to see this diversity of volunteers around the projects in order to study them. This open-mindedness of the Foundation shows its desire for inclusion and equity in decision-making. Promotion of greater diversity and sharing of experiences between volunteers from different communities, the case of Regional Grants Committees, MEA. Recognizing the importance of the Wikimedia Foundation's funding programs, volunteers' roles include providing advice and support to applicants, while making decisions about how funds should be distributed on the basis of equity. and inclusion for all candidates. My arrival in the Africa and Middle East committee remains an important step, because it shows the openness of the Foundation to involving volunteers from each region of the world in the management of allocations intended for their region.
