Abstract:

The West Africa Hub is a network of Wikimedia affiliates in West Africa. Its purpose is to collaborate on identifying opportunities and addressing common challenges with local solutions. The workshop will bring together West Africa Wikimedia affiliate leaders to discuss the region's specific opportunities, challenges, and solutions and how to work and collaborate effectively. At the end of the conversation, we plan for the panel to metamorphose into a more robust forum where the leaders can form a bond to steer the affairs of the Hub.
