Abstract:
Managing a User Group is very different than editing articles. It requires a set of different skills and tools, that are not always obvious for us when we start our journey. In this workshop, we will be discussing how we can manage a big user group, in terms of tools, processes, and skills that are needed. Then, we will present different scenarios and use cases on which we will expect the participants to provide live feedback about, in order to have a hands-on experience, and be put in a real situation of managing a bigger group, with the requirements related to it. |
