Knowing that women are not that well-represented in terms of content in Wikimedia Projects and participation in various Wikimedia initiatives, the talk looks to address what the current challenges with this situation are. What are the current solutions or approaches to lessen the gender gap and are they sufficient? If not, do we need to change the current approach? |
