| Description :
Association football has a volunteer community, and an affiliate governance model, which linkages also exist within the Wikimedia movement, this program will explore, and make use of these linkages to share content creation activities, and receive feedback from the Wikimedia community. Wikisoccerthons engages volunteers in both online, and offline events, to create and improve content about notable football players, clubs, competitions, stadiums, leagues, national teams, Women football, on selected Wikimedia projects, but at the same time making an outreach for awareness about the Wikimedia movement, projects and activities. |
