Technical requirements
New features to require	Graphs and charts tools would be useful to create rich graphics. Kind of like Microsoft Excel or Numbers for Mac you can make great graphs and charts from the table you punched data into, you should be able to open up that table and edit it in a new tab in the browser. Kind of like when you click on a picture it takes you to a new page, you could go and edit the table and graph from that page. I think all the Wikimedia projects could use this.
