We have the following stakeholders involved in this project;

- Bukky658 (Project Lead and Facilitator) - Certified Organiser, Wikimedia Organisers' Lab focused on Climate Change and Sustainability. I will perform the managerial/executive role, Develop a strategic plan, carry out stakeholder analysis, and Coordinate Fan Club Leaders community engagements.
- Omorodion1 (Co-Lead and Facilitator) - Certified Organiser for Wikimedia Organisers' Lab focused on Climate Change and Sustainability. He will perform the managerial role for the tasks detailed below and in the grant detail, Develop a strategic plan, carries out stakeholder analysis, spearheads new community engagements, and lead training sessions.
- Tesleemah (Program Coordinator and Facilitator) - Certified Organiser, Wikimedia Organisers' Lab focused on Climate Change and Sustainability. She will coordinate the implementation of the train-the-trainer approach that will be employed in this campaign for Fan Club leaders and monitor their assigned roles and responsibilities.
- James Moore (Fan Club Coordinator 1, University of Ilorin) - President of Wikimedia Fan Club at University of Ilorin, Ilorin, Nigeria.
- Ugwulebo (Fan Club Coordinator 2, University of Port Harcourt) - co-founder of Port Harcourt Wikimedia Hub.
- Ibjaja055 (Fan Club Coordinator 3, Federal University of Kashere) - the Federal University of Kashere.
- John Joy (Fan Club Coordinator 4, University of Ibadan) - Wikimedia Fan Club leader at the University of Ibadan.
- Linason Blessing (Fan Club Coordinator 5, Kwara State University Malete) - Executive KWASU Wiki Fan Club replaced with Royalesignature (Fan Club Coordinator 5 Summit University Offa)
- Nosakhare Okuons (Fan Club Coordinator 6, University of Benin) Coordinator of Wikimedia Community at the University of Benin.
